Cancellation Policy

Session Policy All sessions are delivered live via scheduled video call. Preparation begins upon booking, which is why the following terms apply. Recording Sessions are recorded by default so that a full recording can be shared with you alongside your written summary following the call. If you prefer the session not to be recorded, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations and rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice. All sessions are non-refundable, as preparation for your specific sailing begins upon booking and that time is reserved exclusively for you. No-shows without notice forfeit the session entirely. Advisory nature of the service All recommendations made during the session are based on the information provided and reflect professional judgment developed through operational experience. Final booking decisions rest entirely with the client. The Officer's Desk accepts no liability for cruise experiences that do not meet expectations, as outcomes depend on factors beyond the scope of the advisory relationship including but not limited to cruise line operations, weather, and individual preference. Scope The session covers ship selection, itinerary fit, cabin strategy, timing, port guidance, and the on board reality of your specific sailing. Booking management is available separately following the session where appropriate.
