Inside the Floating City
The World Behind the Voyage
It began as a survival guide I wrote for new crew, because I remembered how hard the first contract is, and kept watching others struggle through it. It grew into a guide for those who work at sea and a window for travelers into the real life of the ship beneath them.

The Discerning Voyager
A Senior Officer's Guide to the Art of Choosing the Right Cruise Voyage
Most cruise complaints come down to one thing: the wrong ship for the wrong person. A guide to choosing with clarity, so guests get the voyage they hoped for, and the crew get the happy guest they're working for.
The Lantern of the Sea
A Maritime Story About Separation, Love, and Return
Crew welfare is one of the hardest problems a line has to signal genuine care around without adding programs, therapy language, or operational burden.
The Lantern of the Sea is a picture book about the family ashore during a parent's contract, written by someone who watched that grief at every rank for fifteen years. Offered as a family gift at contract start or holidays, it says what a policy cannot; placed in crew shops, it becomes something crew genuinely want, and something families remember. For cruise lines and hospitality partners

Sea Lantern Tales
A literary gift for family voyages
Premium lines targeting high-net-worth families face a quiet challenge: the ship wasn't built around children, but the guests it wants most travel with them.
Sea Lantern Tales solves that gap with an heirloom-quality gifted fable, a keepsake families take home and reread for years, that signals your brand cares deeply about the youngest guests without turning the ship into a family product. An elegant, meaningful touch that becomes the reason those families choose you again next year.

Mare Nostrum
A destination immersion program
Hawaii and New Zealand sailings have long featured cultural ambassador programs that lift itinerary satisfaction and give guests something a competitor's identical port day can't match. The Mediterranean, the most sailed sea in cruising, has never had one.
Mare Nostrum is a complete, ready-to-install cultural program built around Mediterranean antiquity, with workshops, talks, music, and food woven through the voyage, and designed to integrate with shore-excursion, F&B, and retail revenue rather than compete with it. Guests arrive at each port already inside the story. Ratings around itinerary and enrichment follow.

Destination Theater
Port talks, reimagined
Destination talks are among the most volatile items on the daily program: brand-inconsistent speakers, unpredictable delivery, and the guest satisfaction hit that follows.
Destination Theater replaces that risk with a scripted, cinematic, presenter-led format that runs on your existing entertainment team, protecting NPS and lifting the two revenue lines most tied to itinerary confidence: shore excursion conversion and future cruise sales.

Into the Horizon
An original show for the final night at sea
The final night is where the whole voyage becomes a memory, and where the guest silently decides how they'll rate everything they experienced.
Most closing entertainment misses that emotional weight; Into the Horizon is written into it, an original production that turns farewell, gratitude, and anticipation into a curtain the guest carries home. Designed for the operational realities of ships and the moment ratings are quietly written.
